Published: FY25 U54 CoE for modeling across biological scales
We are excited to announce that the FY25 cross-Division Center of Excellence for Systems Modeling of Infection and Immunity across Biological Scales (U54 Clinical Trial Not Allowed) is now published: RFA-AI-23-077: Center of Excellence for Systems Modeling of Infection and Immunity across Biological Scales (U54 Clinical Trial Not Allowed).
The purpose of this NOFO is to advance infectious, allergic, and immune-mediated disease research leveraging computational modeling approaches. A Center of Excellence (CoE) will improve methods for modeling complex systems related to infectious or allergic/immune-mediated diseases and immunity across biological scales. The CoE will also improve collaboration, coordination, data sharing, and model sharing across projects that are aligned with NIAID strategic priorities.
An article in the March 20th edition of NIAID funding news will summarize the NOFO components and requirements - we are also happy to provide a more detailed summary of the initiative.
